One of my favourite images I have ever taken during my trip to Tasmania in 2024. I planned ahead, positioned accordingly and stayed out in near freezing conditions to watch the milkyway rise from the entrance of Fortescue Bay. This was an incredible night as I was the only one on the beach and I had uninterrupted views of the milkyway spanning from the horizon in the east to the horizon in the west.
